Ini adalah chart dari George Tritch "Periods When to Make Money", sebuah siklus pasar yang bertujuan buat bantu investor menentukan kapan waktu terbaik untuk membeli dan menjual aset.
Chart ini udah dipake dari tahun 1870-an lho! 🤯 Lama banget ya, tapi meskipun udah ratusan tahun, bisa dibilang masih relevan walau pun nggak 100% presisi...
Ada tiga siklus pasar klo menurut Ceorge Tritch: 👇
📉 A. Tahun Krisis (Panic Years) → Periode di mana pasar mengalami penurunan besar, sering kali akibat resesi atau ketidakpastian ekonomi.
📈 B. Tahun Kenaikan (Good Times) → Waktu terbaik untuk menjual aset karena harga sedang tinggi dan pasar optimis.
💰 C. Tahun Harga Rendah (Hard Times) → Saat terbaik untuk membeli aset karena harga sedang murah sebelum siklus naik kembali.
Contoh yang kejadian:
📉 2019 (Panic Years) – Covid-19 crash
📈 1999 (Good Time) – Tahun kenaikan sebelum gelembung dot-com pecah.
💰 2023 (Hard Times) – Awal tahun 2023 jadi area Bitcoin bottom ($17.000) sebelum naik
